Mr. ZHANG Chuanwei is deputy to the 12th and 13th National People’s Congress, and the Vice Chairman of Guangdong Federation of Industry & Commerce. In 1993, he established Zhongshan Mingyang Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.; In 2006, he established Guangdong Mingyang Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Guangdong Mingyang Wind Power Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd.) Zhang Chuanwei now serves as the Chairman and CEO of Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd.. Mr. ZHANG Chuanwei was granted such honorary titles as Top Innovator, New Energy Personage and Annual Economic Figure by many national awards.

Mr. SHEN Zhongmin previously served as Managing Director of Sithe China Holdings Limited, Senior Vice President of Sithe Asia Holdings Ltd., Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, Managing Director of China of CLP Holdings Limited, Chief Executive Officer of Huaneng Invesco WLR Investment Consulting Company Limited, Partner of Hudson Clean Energy Partners, and Managing Director of Olympus Capital’s Asia Environmental Partners.

Mr. ZHANG Qiying previously served as the Assistant to the President of Aerodyn Engergiesyteme GmbH Shanghai Branch and Technology Director of Guodian United Power Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. WANG Jinfa previously served as the General Manager of the Vacuum Switch Factory of Henan Xinyang High-voltage Switchgear Factory, Vice General Manager of Henan Xinyang Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and Vice General Manager of Zhongshan Mingyang Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.

Mr. LIU Lianyu previously served as an engineer of the Planning Department of the China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute, Chief Officer of the Hydraulic Power Section of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Electric Power, Vice Director of the Strategic Planning Department of the State Power Corporation of China, Head and Vice Director of the Planning Department of China Guodian Corporation, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of China Guodian Corporation Henan Branch, and Director of the Nuclear Power Office, Director of the Inspection Office of Party Committee, and Director of the Purchase and Materials Management Department of China Guodian Corporation.

Mr. CHENG Jiawan is one of the ten members in the expert group for the development of the large-power wind turbines in the 11th Five-year Plan. He had continually served as the Manager of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd., Vice General Manager of Huaxin Cement Retailing Co., Ltd., General Manager of Nantong Kailian Wind Power Co., Ltd. and Vice President of Zhongshan Mingyang Wind Power Blade Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. LIANG Caifa is a Bachelor majoring in accounting of Hunan University of Finance and Economics and a Master majoring in Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He previously served as the Finance Director of Business Division of SANY Group Co., Ltd., and General Finance Manager of Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd.
